Cable laying: what we do
When laying cables in buildings, we create the routes for cables and wiring. We lay cables, install empty conduits for future installations, fit cable ducts on walls and ceilings and put up cable trays for larger numbers of cables. This keeps the cables tidy, protected and ready for later extensions.
Important: connection by a licensed electrician
We carry out the laying work only. Connecting cables to distribution boards, switches, sockets or appliances, as well as testing the installation, is not part of our service. In Germany, this work may only be carried out by a registered electrical contractor. We make this clear from the outset so that you can plan your project properly. We are happy to coordinate our work with the electrician of your choice.
Typical jobs
- Empty conduits in new builds or during a remodel, before walls are closed or plastered
- Running cables in new drywall partitions
- Cable ducts for tidy cable routing on walls
- Cable trays in basements, plant rooms and storage areas
- Preparing cable routes as part of interior finishing
How it works
During a free consultation, we discuss where the cables should run. If your electrician has already drawn up a plan, we follow it. You then receive a quote. We lay the cables as agreed, after which the electrician can make the connections.

Frequently asked questions
Do you connect the cables?
No. We lay cables, empty conduits, cable ducts and cable trays. Connection and commissioning are carried out by a registered electrical contractor.
What is an empty conduit and what is it for?
An empty conduit is a protective pipe into which cables can be pulled. It allows cables to be added or replaced later without opening up the walls again.
Can you work with my electrician?
Yes. If your electrician has already drawn up a plan, we lay the cables accordingly and agree the dates so that the connections can be made afterwards.
Do you also lay cables in drywall walls?
Yes. We lay cables and empty conduits in the wall cavity before the wall is closed. You can also book the drywall work itself with us.
